Internal Audit Service
The Internal Audit Service is a body of Qazgeology JSC providing the organization and implementation of internal audit in the Company, organizationally subordinate and functionally accountable to the Board of Directors. The activities of the Internal Audit Service are supervised by the Audit Committee under the Board of Directors of the Company.
In carrying out its activities, the Internal Audit Service evaluates the effectiveness of the internal control and risk management system and assesses corporate governance using generally accepted standards of internal audit and corporate standards.
The Internal Audit Service carries out its activities on the basis of risk-oriented annual audit plan approved by the Board of Directors of Qazgeology JSC.
The results of audit reports, key findings and related recommendations shall be submitted to the Board of Directors of the Company.
