On December 2, 2020, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan held the awarding ceremony of the competition on improving project management in public administration Qazaqstan Project Management Awards 2020 Abil Erlan Kuanyshuly, Head of the Academy, held the awarding ceremony.

The purpose of the competition is to support public authorities and organizations that actively implement and apply project management methods and tools in their activities, and to encourage civil servants to develop leadership and new competencies.

Following the competition, in the category “BEST PROJECT OF THE YEAR”

Ist place (gold) – Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (“Minsiz sud’ya”);

IInd place (silver) – Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, (Creation and implementation of the information system “National Mineral Resources Data Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan”);

IIIrd place (bronze) – Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Kazakhstan (Implementation of a three-level system for attracting and supporting investors), as well as the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Export Acceleration QazTrade).
